This page explains what personal data marketenterprises.net collects, how it is used and your rights. The data controller is the site’s publisher (see the legal notice), reachable through the contact page.
Data we collect
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter (name, email address, message). It is used solely to answer your request and is never sold or used for marketing. It is kept for at most 12 months after the last exchange.
Security
The site uses security tools that analyse and temporarily log visitors’ IP addresses to protect against intrusions and malicious traffic. These logs stay on the site’s server and are kept only as long as needed for security.
Outbound links
Some links to partners go through an internal redirect. A click may be logged (date, source page) in aggregate to gauge interest in our recommendations. These logs are not used to identify you individually.
Audience measurement and cookies
The site sets no tracking cookie and uses no third-party audience-measurement tool.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object. To exercise it, send your request through the contact page; we reply within one month. You may also refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not being respected.
Embedded content
Articles may include embedded content (videos, maps). This content behaves as if you were visiting the third-party site that provides it, which may collect data about you under its own privacy policy.
